1980s Delicious the most beautiful soft campaign silk
A scalloped neckline and a dropped V waist line is following by a stunning gathered puff skirt. A layer of tulle gives the skirt shape, with a scalloped hem edge. Sleeves also have a scalloped hemline with bows and added flowers (removable). Zip down the centre back is hidden by a line of faux buttons.
