Gorgeous vintage Moschino blouse/bolero in black and cream cotton with striped lace & puff sleeve details. 

I would put a button on the front so I can wear it as a top >.<

Excellent vintage or second hand condition, light wear to be expected of any secondhand. No defects to note. Front buttons have been removed.
